It was a good experience. I'd recommend it to my friends.
I was very disappointed with my visit here. After researching online places where I can get my glasses adjusted and fixed, I finally decided to stop by this optical center hoping they can offer me a proper service. The older lady working in the store refused to offer any help telling me there is nothing to do about my glasses, probably because I didn't get them from their store. However, I went to the Walmart Optical center down the road in Cambridge, my glasses got fixed and adjusted after 5 minutes just like new!
Very friendly staff, nothing like a doctor's office More like visiting friends.. would recommend to everyone. I picked my glasses up today 8/12/2026 Christina is the best very friendly and helpful
Did not have to wait for an appointment, they were very friendly from beginning to end. It was nice to actually see a doctor and not have virtual exam. They took their time with me and it was a good experience. I’ll be back for sure.
Great customer service and a great examination
