This was my first time ever having my eyes examined. I’m older and was tired of cheater readers lol I started looking online and found WINK!Vision, looked and sounded great,so I gave them a call. First time last year good experience , went back two weeks ago and walk into Chris and Chris having issues with each other . Neither one wanted to help us so Chris said to other Chris I am pulling rank you wait on them ! Not a way to act in front of customers It made us feel uncomfortable . Never given receipt when I purchase glasses , ask for one today after they try to give us someone else glasses and charge me again . Dr. Krimigis and his staff, Chris and Chris, are amazing every time we visit them in the Cambridge location. They are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. My wife and I always feel welcome and well served. Although the doctor and staff are very professional, there is always a sense of humor and friendship in the air. Oh, and we received great eye care and were offered a large selection of eyewear to meet our needs. Strongly recommend you stop in should you need an exam or new glasses or contacts.
Cambridge Wink is thee best place in all of the Eastern and Western shore! Doc was exceptional!!! Staff A+ as well! We are so grateful for establishments like this! They make you feel like family Thank you Wink
