I really wish I could rate higher. However, sadly my experience echoes that of the other reviewers here. The professionalism is seriously lacking. I actually really liked my lashes and they were perfect for me. But my experience was so terrible I could never return. They would have had a regular customer if they were not so unprofessional. I hope the owner takes these reviews into consideration because I can't image how many repeat or even new customers from recommendations are being lost.

Bough a Groupon for a full set , I made appt online through Groupon, on way I called to let them know I was on my way, got the the address on the Groupon which was incorrect. I called again to ask for address and when I spoke to her or assistant , said I cancelled my reservation the day before, which obviously did not happen because I just talked to someone at Winx Spalon to confirm I was on my way. I had a great experience two years, but after today's experience, I will not be coming to Wink Spalon again. I used a Groupon for a full set of mink eyelash extensions. When I did this two years ago, they were full and looked great. Today I barely got any lashes and it almost looks like nothing was done. I could pay extra to get them fuller, but I already paid $69 and did not want to pay anymore. But my primary concern is that at the end, I still wanted to tip and asked to tip $10.
