I'm all about supporting mom and pop neighborhood stores. Today while my mom was up the street at the store I told her to stop by the Beauty Supply and pick me up some small black rubber bands. I thought 2.99 was way overpriced when I normally pay $1.49 for the same amount of rubber bands but that's the price they asked. All of the employees are nice , it’s small but neat only problem I have is the products are overpriced . All day braid gel here is 12.99 but it’s 9.99 on Amazon & 9.99 at a beauty supply 10min away so I always end up going to either Walmart or 10min away to another beauty supply , the owner used to price match for me & my fiancé but I guess they don’t do that anymore . I would love to support more since it’s so close to my house but in this economy I gotta save some coins .
