This guy ruined my teeth. I was a patient of his about 20 years ago and I am still suffering for having gone to him. My front teeth chip easily because of things he did as part of his treatment plan. He used a piece of equipment and filed down my teeth without telling me what was going on. He did it for cosmetic reasons, not necessity, and did not get my consent.
