We want to share our experience with Wininger Construction. After we moved into the home we purchased in February 2023, we found many issues that needed to be fixed. The biggest problem was every window in the house. Just a few days after moving in, during the first heavy rain, a large amount of water leaked through the small bathroom window. I would give less than one star if possible. Do not rent from this company. They are not BBB accredited and I now see why. My son lived here for 3 months and they take advantage of college students. They charged $600 for re-painting (which is typically included) and a $300 cleaning fee (also typically included). The house wasn't even a finished home prior to move in, they paid for this house to be basically updated. Be careful if you deal with this business. After you've paid, they can be non responsive. I've spoke with numerous others with similar concerns. They just are not deserving of a 5, or even a 3, so I feel responsibility to comment. One of the the four reviewers works for the company. Good luck!
