Terrible customer service! Wingz Applied a $17 luggage fee for a snowboard even though we were in communication with the driver 2 days before the ride and fully disclosed all our luggage. No mention of extra fees until we paid the tip. A few hours after the trip, We received an email from Jasmine (customer service) saying we were being charged $17 for the snowboard. Very bougie.
Great service! If you need to leave your place or office at a specific time to catch a flight, your driver will be waiting for you: no stress related to uber/Lyft driver cancelling on you for no obvious reason or taking ages to get to your door. Wings delivers a great and reliable service!
I have used wingz for airport transportation a couple times a month for the last two and half years. I have been delighted. My two favorite drivers and I know all about each other's kids, hobbies, etc. They are always reliable and get me there on time. I tried the Lyft prearranged rides once and the driver didn't show up--my wife had to rush me to the airport at the last minute.
