The good: Nice staff, clean bathrooms. The bad: Dirty carpet. Food selection: potato chips, admittedly nice salad. Electrical outlets by my lounge chair didn't work. STL's Wingtips Lounge is dated. Staff is nice but shorthanded. Amex Platinum isn't cheap. Hot water dispenser out of coffee machine sprays instead of providing a steam of water. Is this what card members get with their Priority Pass membership for $600+ a year?
Comfortable lounge and good food
Ya, um, no thanks. Small, dirty, would rather wait at the gate.
Decent selection of breakfast. Clean. A lot of seat.
