This lounge wasn't great to begin with, but now it's even worse. If you're flying Southwest, you're not allowed in the lounge between 1-3pm. That's the time that's apparently reserved for people flying with Lufthansa.
Won't let you in between 1 and 3 if you are flying Southwest. Even with a paid membership.
Mediocre food (basic salad bar, nacho cheese and chips, some desserts), and crowded in a tight space, but friendly and attentive staff, and better WiFi than the standard WiFi

Was denied Priority Pass entry based on the airline I was flying—front desk worker stated that only Lufthansa passengers were allowed in between 1-3pm on 09/4/2026
