This is a Priority Pass LOUNGE when they decide to let you in? How can you be open to only one Airline and not let your Members in? Worst.
Went to use our Priority Pass access and got turned away. We were told the lounge is contracted out for Lufthansa business class customers only. We arrived around 1:30 and were told it would be reserved until 3:30. I see the same issue being reported by multiple people. Why is one airline able to reserve the entire lounge for itself?
This airport lounge do not open on Saturdays. What?
Great bar service and staff, food was underwhelming.
I have a Priority Pass card and was flying economy on Lufthansa. They turned me away at the lounge, saying it was only for Lufthansa business or first class guests. This was despite the fact that the sign outside says that it’s open to all travelers.
