Extremely disappointed with their food and their service!!!! This place has really gone downhill in the quality of their food and their service. We order from here often. We tried to order a family meal today, and on the phone the employee denied such a meal existed until I read out the menu to them. Very respectful staff, and good food.
Ordered for years and really never had an issue. Last order the wings were not cook all the way. Called the store and they basically stated the machine said there cooked end of conversation. For the numerous orders and years I’ve ordered at that location and 0 service. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Had a chance to do the right thing and you basically told me you don’t care about your customer. Update: New ownership and they fixed what the other owner didn't.
