Incredible value on Wing Day with the $9.99/lb wing and wedges special, which meant the place was understandably packed! Despite the long wait, the staff were friendly, patient, and accommodating when certain items ran out. They worked tirelessly to satisfy all the customers with multiple pounds of wings ordered. Tip for the restaurant: Adding a digital order-tracking screen would definitely help streamline the chaos and protect the staff from impatient customers crowding the counter.
Appreciate the team here making it work yesterday for the wing day deal that they were clearly overwhelmed for. People leaving negative reviews need to live in reality with the rest of us. Good deals have a lot of demand and that means you may need to wait longer than normal. Wings were great even though they ran out of wedges and gave me coleslaw instead.
We waited an hour in store despite ordering online in advance. The store also did not give us the sides the came with our order.
Service sucks. Next in line to order and then they told us no more orders. Not good communication and don’t know service! Never going to come again!
Wings are awesome. With it being National Wing Day ,very busy long delays. Service is usually much better.
