Great food great service. Wings are buzzing
Came here at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night only to be told they were closing two hours early. The girl working at the front explicitly told us that she didn't want to have to clean up later. Closing up early just because an employee doesn't feel like doing their job is completely unacceptable. Wings Up management seriously needs to re-evaluate who they have representing their business at the front counter. Total lack of professionalism.
Ordered on door dash and got ripped off. They did not give 1 LB wings in each box. One box was substituted with extra veggies instead of potato wedges and they didn’t even provide extra… Photos are attached.
I accidentally misunderstood the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion and only ordered one item instead of two. After contacting Uber support, I learned that the promotion required two items in the cart. Although it was ultimately my mistake, the restaurant was incredibly understanding and generously provided the missing item anyway. I really appreciate their kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help resolve the situation. Thank you so much!
