I have gone to Wingstop a couple of times and tried to placed an order, only to be told that I could not get exactly what I wanted, as well as gotten dirty looks from the people that I've ordered from, as I've asked for a manager who corrected them, and told them this is how you get the gentleman what he wanted.., why would I come to a place that has such a rotten attitude toward the people who are willing to give them money... Called in an order and was pleasantly surprised when I got someone on the phone who wasn’t rushing and beyond helpful! I also am someone who asks for specific requests and was so happy the food delivered! Everything was above exceptional! Cleanliness of the store, customer service, timing of my order and the food! 10’s all across the board. By far the best experience we’ve had with any Wingstop or fast food restaurant in general.
