Ordered online through Uber. A part of the order was missing and the items that were delivered where pour quality. Do not order online from this store! You will not get a complete order, if you order online. Go to the store and order in person. Once you receive your order, you need to check it and address the issue with the staff.
Rarely do I ever leave a bad review for a restaurant, especially in this economy, but the issues at this location can no longer be ignored. I won’t touch on the last two visits, just this third and last. It was a pretty straightforward order, 6pc wing combo, not only was it a 5pc, two of the 5 were so dry I couldn’t eat them. So not only are these food prices off the charts expensive, now you gonna hand us food we can’t even eat? And ya’ll hiring people who can’t count to SIX? Never ordering from this Wingstop again. First, count the number of wings before handing an order to the DoorDash driver. I didn’t even receive the correct quantity. Second, pay attention to the sauces that were ordered. If someone orders multiple flavors, the order should actually match what’s on the receipt. Third, the wings I did receive barely had any meat on them—mostly bone. This order was inaccurate and disappointing from start to finish. Do better.
