I came to place an order with cash, but was informed I cannot use cash due to the trainee being the cashier and not wanting him to steal , the night manager young white male refused to open a register or help the trainee with accepting cash payments. This is frustrating and causing them to lose cash sales? I’m shocked and disappointed at the unwillingness and lack of customer service. The manger seemed to be profiling the trainee very sad to see.
Placed a mobile order and picked it up immediately, they didn't have the food under the heat lamp and it was all cold.
