Veryy slow service need different PEOPLE WORKING HERR ON THE NORTHTOWN RENO NEVADA AREA
Yikes! Scheduled an online order an hour in advance and came in when pickup time was ready and were told they were still working on it. It appeared as “ready” on the television. We were left 20 mins later with soggy and incorrect food. Forgot our drink, did not put sauce on half of our wings. Forgot fries. Very disappointing when you pay over $50 for it. Highly advise going to a different location. Never had a problems at another one in Reno besides here.
