I placed a take-out order and was assured that everything was included in the bag. When I got home, I discovered that all of the ranch dressing was missing. I had even paid extra to make sure we had plenty of ranch. I called the manager, who offered either to have me come back to pick up the missing ranch or to issue a refund credit, which I chose. This is an amazing Wingstop. I went there late. Jamal was a great helper. They didn’t give us no hard time with us coming late sweet spot. Sweet people will definitely come here again.

They keep you waiting a really long time for orders; inside, the workers—groups of three or five—just stand around chatting. I’ve been here three times, and every time they’ve kept me waiting for more than 20 minutes. They are polite and treat you well, but the wait time is excessively long! Even if there are orders for only three people, you end up waiting 25 minutes. They need to speed things up. Even the people who arrived before me were still waiting when I left.
