I ordered 20 wings with two flavors, and after picking them up I realized the order wasn’t right. I went back after stopping for gas, and the manager, Ricky, immediately stepped in and handled everything perfectly. He asked what was wrong, offered to remake my entire order, and even offered me a drink while I waited. Amazing service
Worst wingstop of all time. Male employees Bully female employees. Worst manager, he doesn’t listen and will accuse you of other random things if you call on the phone to inquire about a refund. Employees will use hand gestures to tell you to practically shut up. They will “check the cameras” and then tell you you were wrong when you call to simply ask about the refund processing times. Beware-They will put fresh fries on the top of the bag and give you super greasy wings in a pool of oil in the containers below.
