Every order has missing or incorrectly prepared items. Last time I got food from here I'm almost positive I found a roach leg on one of my wings. Whole order went in the trash. Never again. This many consistently bad reviews is NOT a coincidence.
Our family of 7 went in the night before our cruise and the lady at the register was RUDE. Asked her about dry/wet sauces/rubs and she acted like it was a crime to ask. Thankfully the gentleman she pulled from the back was nice and able to answer our questions. For a first time visit to wingstop and the amount of money we spent… it was ridiculous! Pick another wingstop. This was 2/20/2026. Food was decent but the one lady ruined the whole experience!
Highkey terrible service. I ordered 20 minutes before they “closed”, showed up to pick up the order 10 minutes before then, and they had already closed completely. I understand wanting to go home, and I understand that last minute customers can be annoying, but if you say you close at 1, then close at 1.
Walked in to order with my boyfriend and another couple, the person at the register asked if we had already ordered online and made a face when we said “no,” loudly complained to our faces about our “large order” (that we hadn’t even ordered yet) to the other employees, turned back to us and demanded we order online instead. We walked out. The interaction was so rude and hostile that a total stranger walking out behind us spoke up, shocked, and told us to leave a bad review. We won’t be back.
