Literally just left the store, Cashier names aliyah and we took the order everything was okay , was waiting about 35 minutes I don’t think it should take that long food was been ready they just never let me know me and my parter were just sitting there for about 30 minutes waiting very unprofessional and wasted my time because my food is now cold.
really disappointed, we go to the royal palm one often and we ordered through uber eats tonight from this location. They were fast but the wings were dry/had no seasoning and despite paying for voodoo fries which are our favorite they sent cheese fries instead. The wings were so hard you could not even cut them with a knife. The manager Ruby is a wonderful manager who credited our meal and made the wings and fries delicious. It was messy like it's supposed to be!! Fries were crunchy and soft in the middle. Thank you for making our order to par. We will be back during this shift again.
