If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my food at 9:03 and per the website my order would be ready by 9:10- 9:15. I received a message at 9:06 my order was ready for pick up. I got home my fries was cold as if they had been sitting over 30 mins. I called the restaurant the guy who answered the phone wouldn't tell me his name but he said he didn't cook the fries. My son picked up dinner last night from Wing stop. When he brought it home, I tasted the drink and it had 0 carbonation. It was extremely flat. So I had to pour it out. Then I tasted the fries. Toooooooo salty. The ranch tooooooo salty and the boneless lemon pepper wings again toooooo salty. This is diabetes in a bag. I didn't know the food was that salty. I have high blood pressure and for me, I could not enjoy my dinner. I will never eat at a Wingstop again. Please take some of that salt out...
Ordered thru door dash which my first mistake .. nothing but grease thru the bag .. wrong drink .. food was cold .. not only did I get the wrong drink it was watered down ..
This one used to be really great now it’s just terribly bad. Customer service is awful. I’ll just drive further next time because it’s pathetic
