I ordered, arrived 3 minutes after the maximum 15 minutes after my order was set to be ready. When I arrived, my order hadn't even been started. I waiting 18 minutes I minutes for my food. So, in total 32 minutes on a slower time to prepare 1 chicken sandwich and fries. Lazy young kids that lack work ethic. Unacceptable, especially since this has happened to my fiancé and daughters.
