Please be more aware of online orders, A lot of us are ordering food on our way home from work and to get there and say “oh we didn’t see it” is upsetting. I understand having to wait if it was very busy, but it was not. My wings were fine, fries Needed to be cooked longer and maybe more seasoning, they didn’t taste very good.

Tim/ Timothy at Wingstop was awesome! He had great energy from the moment I walked in, was incredibly friendly, and provided excellent customer service. He made the whole experience enjoyable and made sure everything with my order was right. It’s clear he takes pride in his job and treats customers with respect. Employees like Tim are hard to find—he absolutely deserves a raise and recognition for the great work he does. Thank you, Tim, for making my visit such a positive experience!

**Edited completely from original. The new GM has created, per testimony within & patrons, a much safer and desirable environment for women to work in leaving the fear of all employees regardless of gender to speak up against mistreatment in their workplace. The previous GM was fired in February 26' after mistreatment of at least 3 very young women(teens) in the workplace.
