⭐☆☆☆☆ My 19-year-old daughter and her coworker went to this Wingstop around 10:15 p.m., even though the store doesn’t close until 1:00 a.m. Despite being the only customers, they waited over 5 minutes just to place their order and another 20–25 minutes for their food. After they received their food, the employees turned off the dining room lights and left them sitting in the dark for over 7 minutes while they were still eating. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Wingstop location in Katy Mills. When my coworker and I entered the restaurant, we waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. After finally placing our order and receiving our food around 10:30 PM, the experience only got worse. While we were eating, the employee who took our order began putting chairs up around us and directly behind me. She repeatedly bumped into my chair without apologizing or showing any consideration. On 06/15 I visited this location with my manager and had a very disappointing experience. While we were still eating, the lights were turned off at 10:30 PM despite the restaurant not closing until 1:00 AM. Staff repeatedly bumped my manager with chairs while putting them up around us, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. Additionally, when we requested to speak with a manager or obtain contact information for someone in a higher position, our requests were refused. If you want hallow fries, come here. I don’t understand if they were old or frozen, wing flavor on point although every single wing had bones sticking out & had to spit bones out on several bites. There was so many orders even tho there was plenty of people only one guy killing it with a frustrated face. This went from 3 stars to 1 star. Very poor customer service! Rude management that wants his voice to be heard. Not the customers voice. My chicken was undercooked. Incorrect change was given and as well as corn being dropped on counter and I had to ask to throw it away and give me some more corn. This store lacks management skills very badly. Manager also states he’s been working there for 15 years and nothing is going to happen. Starting to think it’s true because this behavior seems to be allowed.
