Poor service, bad experience! We ordered with Alexandra and asked for our wings to be double fried and they were not. They had us wait 30 minutes for our order and fries were sitting on the counter for 7-10 minutes so I asked for fresh ones. Four girls walked to the back and talked to each other after I complained. The service was horrible and I asked for a manager but there wasn’t one watching over the girls that prepared our order. First, staff is rude. Second no ice and I asked how is that gonna work for the combo? They literally said will give you water. He said if you’re the kind of person that can’t eat without having a soft drink then maybe you should go somewhere else. This is the second time I’ve come to this place and the staff is always rude.
This is the worst Wingstop location. Every time I call there is some type of issue. Management is rude and staff is rude. We get told that they don’t take orders over the phone over $20 and to place the order online. We go online and it physically won’t let us submit our order without selecting a drink we try to do it without the drink still wouldn’t allow us to move forward to the next step of the order process.
