I accidentally ordered from the wrong location and when I came to pickup here the workers were so kind to help me get it all sorted! Got a full refund from the other location and got my fresh order made super quick by this location. Everyone working was so kind and helpful and genuinely made my day. They do have a lot of online orders coming in so I would say that probably contributes to the longer wait times people are mentioning in these reviews but I wouldn’t say it’s unlike any other Wingstop in that sense. 10/10 great e... read more
Gave me the wrong order. Then had to remake the whole order.
I stopped by this Wingstop location in Oklahoma City, and overall my experience was mixed. I’ve been to many Wingstop locations before, and I usually enjoy the food and atmosphere. During this visit, there were some employees who were genuinely helpful and trying their best to assist customers. However, I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed by the way a situation was handled in front of other people while I was waiting for my order. If you want terrible service and to waste an hour for your wings and fries I suggest this specific wing stop. Perfect way to waste time Workers here are consistently visibly irritated when you ask kindly about your order.
Multiple orders not correct. Never correct mistakes. Will not waste my money again.
