Service was great! Staff, especially Samantha, was engaging, polite and very professional.
Kyra went above and beyond when I accidentally put my order through without scheduling it later in the day. Walked in and food was fresh and ready to be picked up
I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. A Hispanic man was trying to get help. No one even looked at him. I then helped him. I asked the staff 5 times for assistance with my order. No one answered. As soon as a person of the same color as them walked in they immediately went right to them. Its very unfortunate that this staff has a racial bias. Management should definitely look into this issue. Black people aren't the only race that purchases from here.
