Greeted by the young male cashier. I thought everything was fine until not even 5 min in to us sitting and waiting for our food, we hear the female manager down grading her teammates and just saying some off the wall comments to them directly. Entire time the place felt intimidating by her. Other people were dinning and commented over it as well. Good thing I was just visiting Houston because I would not come back to this location just to hear her intimidating young teens because she feels entitled.
I came to order my wings at 730pm got them at 8pm. I see how people get irritated by the wait time. But the service was good and the wings were great. I wanted but they were fresh.
The day I went here, the service was so so, no greetings with a smile, took too long to take my order wasn't really into customer as I thought. The food was OK, the taste was off& was not really hot& didn't taste all that fresh. Maybe it was the day I went in. Maybe it could be better for you.
This Place is DEFINITELY Improved!!! My Order was Prompt and Efficient! The Staff were Friendly yet Professional, Helpful and Accommodating! The BEST Wings that I've had in a while! Kudos!
