This is the worst location I’ve ever visited. First time ever trying wing stop ever. The service sucked and they told me I had to order online when 4 employees were standing around doing absolutely nothing after standing in line for 15 minutes.
3rd time attempting to place a carry out order via walk-in that has been to no avail. I've been told to order online every time I've entered. This makes absolutely no since. It's not that deep. What a waste of space and time. Absolutely NOT the place for a quick lunch break.
Manager on duty tonight was great, simply fixed my issue. The staff handling the phones and counter need more customer service training. When I order wings with a sauce flavor coating, it is implied they’re “wet” and should be provided a resolution for what was incorrect. Good job on the manager to have a simple resolution.
