The pick up order I made was for 6p but apparently the lady on the phone made it for 5p so my food was sitting there for an hour and when I got there, they try to give it to me ice cold. I brought it up. The manager came over and he did not even hesitate. He remade the entire order, hot and fresh. I did not catch his name, but with the amount of stress he had going on being so busy but still was able to completely remade my order after error on their side showed true leadership in a classic act.
