Really disappointed with the customer service. We placed an order through the Wingstop website and realized afterward that we forgot to add ranch. We immediately called the store and asked if we could simply pay for ranch separately, but they told us no. We then placed a completely separate order just to try to get the ranch, and they still said they couldn’t give it to us. Spotless kitchen, good food no reason for the 3.9 rating that I can see...
i ordered on the app and my dasher stole my food, but the manager helped me get a refund. it only took a day or so. i also think they felt bad for me or something, and when i reordered i swear to god they made it fresh because the chicken was really crispy and the fries were too. thank god for wing stop
