Very disappointed with my last order at Wingstop. I placed an order for pickup, and even though the app showed it would be ready at a certain time, I did not receive it until 12 minutes later. What was even worse was the quality of the food. The fries were completely cold, and the wings were covered in an excessive amount of oil. On top of that, the customer service I received at the restaurant was terrible. They should change employees, I came to this place for a craving and the employee who attended me had a horrible attitude, he doesn't even feel like working, it bothers him that a client comes in, I understand if someone comes in almost at the closing time but I arrived on time 3 hours before closing., THEY SHOULD CHANGE EMPLOYEES
The service from Belen was great and food was amazing
Belen took my order: fast and friendly.
Nice new place in the neighbourhood. Choose food carefully and ask about spice levels... esp if you like it spice. 2nd time here and much better experience. Belen was straight to the point, effecient and kind.
