Why mark orders ready on the board when after waiting 10 min my ready order still not ready. everyone just sits around. Had to wait 20 minutes for an order the was placed 20 min before I got there. And walked out still not ready.

My name is Mike R, and when the Wingstop cashier called out an initial that ain't even match, "is there a Mike A," I second guessed myself thinking maybe that wasn't me, but the whole time that big screen in the front that has the order names on it. Only had Mike R on it, no two, so when some random chick off the street rolled up and said she was Mike, that was already a red flag.
