First time trying Wingstop and I wish I didn’t , ordered a boneless wings meal and my wings were stale and just room temperature. They weren’t busy at all and can’t even make fresh wings when it’s what they are “famous” for. Also my wings were half tossed/half plain in my requested sauce so just a complete waste of 15$. I recommend everyone just go next door to Zaxbys / chick fil an instead if you plan on trying this place.
Edit: We did receive a refund from our previous visit and have gone back since. The food is still consistently good but everyone working there does seem a bit miserable. We do hope that the employees are being treated well, but the whole vibe starts with management. When my husband arrived to the Wingstop Canton Cumming Highway store #2542 he inquired about the advertised price of $30. He discovered that he could order the same meal online and the total price would be $36.21. He asked the worker (a young female employee) if they could honor the online price.
