I have not had a bad experience at all any time myself or my family went in. Food has been great the staff was great to us.
Had the lemon Pepper wings. Amazing! Not sure if they are still hand cutting the fries though. Mine didn’t seem to be hand cut they tase like frozen fries! I probably won’t return since I typically would go to wingstop for those amazing fries. Apparently corporate felt it was a good move to reduce the labor it took to make fresh French Fries and go with frozen. NOT A GOOD IDEA!

First time trying Wingstop and I wish I didn’t , ordered a boneless wings meal and my wings were stale and just room temperature. They weren’t busy at all and can’t even make fresh wings when it’s what they are “famous” for. Also my wings were half tossed/half plain in my requested sauce so just a complete waste of 15$. I recommend everyone just go next door to Zaxbys / chick fil an instead if you plan on trying this place.
Edit: We did receive a refund from our previous visit and have gone back since. The food is still consistently good but everyone working there does seem a bit miserable. We do hope that the employees are being treated well, but the whole vibe starts with management.
