Upon entry I was not greeted so I spoke to the staff and they just stared at me as if they were mute or deaf. 10 people standing around and no one heard me. I received my food and it appeared to be undercooked chicken, after asking them several times to correct my order, I just took the food as is and put it in my air fryer at home. Unfortunately, this location has declined within the last 3 years and I don’t plan on returning to this location. Walked in to the restaurant to place an order and they said they weren't taking orders until 7:15pm, I'm guessing because of the super bowl but that is absolutely the worst way to run a fast food restaurant, you know you are going to be busy so plan accordingly.
Ordered 10 wing combo, first of all, I did not get my 32 oz coke. Second, the fries were cold, just in a paper basket thrown on top of the wings. The wings were semi warm, dry with minimal sauce. They are just orange tinted. The delivery person DID NOT follow instructions, I asked to ring doorbell and hand it to me - he did not, just got message that it was delivered.
