I had a really great afternoon at Wingstop, and the manager Alberto made it even better. He greeted me warmly, was patient while I looked over the menu, and recommended some of the best wings I’ve had. Even though the restaurant was busy, Alberto stayed calm, friendly, and professional. I had an amazing experience at Wingstop, and Vanessa made it even better. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. It's not every day you come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, but that's exactly the impression she gave.
