The manager of this location, Hunter, showed me great kindness and exceptional customer service today. After making a mistake when placing an online order, Hunter saw that I was upset despite not addressing it with the cashier as I had clearly made the error myself. He took it upon himself to come find me on my way out and make it right for me, even though there was no obligation on their part to do so. After driving bye for years, finally stopped. Chicken wings with bones or nuggets. Dozen different sauces, mild to spicy. Limp fries with or without sauce. Soda out of a single machine. Lots of choices. Overhead pounding rap on the PA. Yeah, it took awhile. One guy behind the counter had several large phone in orders ahead of mine. The chicken was crispy, less grease than KFC. Just okay, not planning on returning.

My sister’s love wingstop and they came to visit me 3 hours away and where did I bring them….wingstop. The older white male must have been stressed but that doesn’t matter because his attitude was so rude. Until I changed my demeanor and attitude towards him is when he realized he needed to change his attitude. Good is always good. Customer service not so much.
