I've had a few mixed results lately mostly over season and overcooked so I went in today tried the new KC bbq regular wings and some lemon pepper boneless w/fries. I asked them to please make sure they don't overcook and they did an excellent job both in flavor and texture those were some of the most tender Wings I've had in a very long time thank you so much! I wish I knew the young gentleman's name who handled my order. Felt like you might have been new there. I want to thank you personally. Really great job!

I came in last night around midnight, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing—not because of the employee working, but because of the lack of support he received. When I arrived, the area outside the store reeked of marijuana, and the manager appeared to be outside smoking while arguing with a man.
