Someone seriously need to train the store manager at this particular store. I’m not sure if he hates his job or not but his attitude and the way he speaks to customers is disgusting. If a customer comes to you about an issue and their attitude isn’t rude why be rude to the customer??? Like sir do you hate your job???? Great food! It was really clean inside. Joy is the nicest emoloyee ever, she really lives up to her name. The minute we went up to order she catered to us with the most positive attitude and personality ever.
Had my food delivered to my job paid almost 50 dollars and they only sent 20 wings no fries I called up there and Alexis was so rude then another man got on the phone and was very rude like he wasn't the one telling Alexis what to say all I wanted was my refund for my fries he said I could have give you another order and ppl make mistakes really do you think I will ever order from there again heck no stop playing and they still never refunded my money. I totally hate Charlotte ppl.
Very polite communication from the manager down to the kitchen crew. Everyone was very well-spoken and helpful.
