The girl at the front not friendly does have a name tag on very unprofessional this will be my last time visiting this location I would drive the extra mile. Ordered at 120 pm on 06/30/2026. Where are the name tags ?
I am very upset to say that this wingstop is not good. Me and my husband got delivery tonight, the fries were cold (I know fries get cold fast but they also tasted old) the wings were very dry, and the breading was hard and almost inedible. What is the most bothersome is that when I tried to call the store for assistance, I was immediately put on hold and hung up on after waiting a minute or so. If I could give a 0 I would called about how my order was all messed up my wings where extra greasy no flavor I asked for original hot and not Ben. Manager didn’t even want to take my call he was so unprofessional when I went up to location at forest hill never came out to attend me. My veggies also all soaked in grease my bag was all soaked in it also I recommend going else where never again. Horrible service
does the phone not work?? i called three times and it sounds like someone is picking it up then hanging up immediately after? and why do the workers act they never want to be there? is it so hard to cook wings for paying customers? please fix the service at this wingstop
