After placing an order for French fries. I arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up. First lady said they are bagging it up, it will be right out. After 5 minutes more, I ask if it should take this long for French fries. They ask me my name again and then act like they don't have my order at all. Manager on duty is useless. Won't stop should really do a clean up of there associates. Bad managers = bad business.
It should be a must when you order, you should get half and half of wings and legs
Yamila did an excellent job, great customer service, and the cooks also did a great job.
