Why would they charge $4.00 for tip , when you forget to add a sauce for your order meanwhile sauce just cost $1.97 that’s just not right

The girl at the front not friendly does have a name tag on very unprofessional this will be my last time visiting this location I would drive the extra mile. Ordered at 120 pm on 06/30/2026. Where are the name tags ?
I am very upset to say that this wingstop is not good. Me and my husband got delivery tonight, the fries were cold (I know fries get cold fast but they also tasted old) the wings were very dry, and the breading was hard and almost inedible. What is the most bothersome is that when I tried to call the store for assistance, I was immediately put on hold and hung up on after waiting a minute or so.
