The general manager was very rude and insulting when trying to help resolve my issue there. I felt as if they had an agenda against me for not looking like them. It’s 2026, why are we still being racist?
The no gloves is absolutely disgusting and if the restaurant is open u should be able to place a order with out doing it online.
This is my first time ordering from Wingstop. We ordered for a football playoff party and the total of my order was $95. Including a 10% tip for the carryout staff. When we got home and unpacked all of the food, we were short 20 boneless wings. I ordered 50 altogether. I immediately called the restaurant and the manager told me there was nothing that she could do except if I wanted to bring all of the food back she would check the order.
