it’s fine if you eat in person but they literally have never once added ranch or any sauce i’ve asked for in a togo or pickup order. sucks because the ranch is good and the only reason i buy the wings.
My boyfriend and I tried calling to place an order for pick up and they never answered. Once we finally got to the restaurant to place the order the phone was consistently ringing the whole time, with their only being two customers inside none of the three employees bothered to answer the phone. our food was completely covered in oil and basically swimming in oil. and they denied us a refund.
Store is filthy, our online order wasn't even ready at the time of pick up and customer service is non existent. You always see the staff hangout outside in the back. How is this place still in business? I was excited to have them come out since we always enjoyed the one back home in CA but save your money and don't waste it unless you want to be disappointed like the rest of us.
