Let me start by saying that this place is beyond TERRIBLE. I am not sure if the staff need to be educated on customer service 101 but I personally have never met someone who truly enjoy their job. It seems like their entire world is crashing, please do not buy from there. I would not trust anyone to serve me with that type of attitude!
THE RUDEST PEOPLE THERE!!! called and told them our chicken was raw and showed them, still didn’t believe us threw away our whole meal and told us they couldn’t remake it…they mocked us and and refused to remake it. Laura and Jay were their names (two women). i have video proof of them making fun of us and talking bad about us as they remade our food. when they handed us the remade food they just like threw it on the counter and showed no care. very unprofessional!
I had a bit of a rough start with a glitch on the Wingstop website, but the team here totally turned it around. They went the extra mile to make sure my order was perfect this time. Most importantly- the wings were piping hot and fresh when I picked them up. It’s rare to see a place take such genuine care to fix a technical issue. Huge props to the staff for the hustle! Especially Mr.B.
Ordered the protien pack and only received 8 wings instead of 16. Also checked extra crispy. They were borderline raw. Always check you take out bag. Back to BWW
