Called in at 4:30 , arrived to the restaurant at 5:00 and food still wasn’t ready sat for a extra hour just to find out they never cooked the food to begin with. Customer service was horrible , workers were moving slow playing on they phones , didn’t want to give me my refund at all they made me wait an additional hour for the food
I ordered my food online and it said basically 15 minutes I get here after the 15 minutes and food is still another 10 to 15 minutes and when you walk in the workers just look at you crazy with NO good customer service. The room is filled with people waiting on there food. This is terrible
They always have good customer service when I’m there n food is always fresh n on time !
The dude that was taking orders in the front is horrible n he kept letting other drivers steal orders
