Picked up my online order and while in the car back home saw a name Lavonne on it. Went back and started saying to the lady behind the counter "Hey I think you gave me-" and she interrupted me rudely "No it's YOURS!". Lady with neck tattoo was very rude.
I placed an order and never received my food so i requested a refund which they said that I would get within 3-4 business days but I never received it. It’s been over a week so I called multiple times which I was told that they would text the person who handles refunds and get back to me. I never received a call or got my refund and now the phone number is disconnected so I can’t call anymore. They stole my money and lied to me about getting me my money back don’t eat here.
Do not order here. I was promised a refund for a cancelled order about 2 and a half weeks ago, inquired about it twice and I still haven’t received it.
I feel like they got a whole new crew lately and ever since they never fry hard. I pay for fried hard and every time it soggy and barely seasoned end up air frying when I get home Update: 6/29 hot honey fried hard it doesn’t even crunch and barely even seasoning
Workers in the back socializing while orders need to be fulfilled. The wait time was ten minutes. How you talking when the screen says 3 orders need to be made! LAZY getting paid to talk
