I placed my order online, which was supposed to include 2 large fries; however, they substituted it with something else. When I called to inform them, the assistance I received was inadequate, and the individual I spoke with claimed to be the owner. I will not return to this establishment. This was my first experience ordering from this location. My children frequently order from here, and they have mentioned that this place consistently makes mistakes with their orders. The owner is not very accommodating.
I ordered in the store went to my truck came back half hour later they never cooked my order No one cared about my time just to say we can cook it now no just give me a refund I Will NEVER Come back to this location
Waited at counter for over 3 mins with the cashier right in front of me, she never said anything I walked out
This location can't seem to get it together. I ordered carryout and there were barely any fries in the oder. Now, this go-around, I ordered with Doordash and was given someone else's order. I don't know who's at fault, but just disappointing. The wings were all flats with two different flavors. I don't mind the flats, just wasn't what I ordered. I ended up calling Doordash and received a refund.
The server, Angelina, was so polite!!!
