I mean first off food is okay. Its nothing stunning. Some how its like every time I come here they get my order wrong. No forks or straws for my family size meal im getting. Wrong drinks. 3 ranch cups for a 4 plus person order is hilarious to me. Just wack
I had made an order for 1:27 PM, and on the app it said a 20-30 minute wait. I go in there, 1:45. They told me I was # 26 in line. Are you joking???? Okay. Guess making an online order and being told 20-30 minute wait was SUPPOSEDLY wrong. So I go out to do a few more errands, come back. STILL being "cooked up". I just got my food at 2:45 PM. A WHOLE HOUR AND 20 MINUTE WAIT FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY GONNA BE READY IN 20 TO 30 MINUTES...... Oh, and not to mention; the cashier that was asking about peoples orders was IN... read more
The service has been poor all three times I’ve gone to make a purchase; I don't get the order the way I placed it, and the staff there are rude—it's really bad.
Dude upfront was cool, but I ordered 45min before I got there and still had to wait extra 25 min while I watched everybody who had just ordered get their food before me
