They use the cheap doordash for delivery which stacks orders. Someone picked up my Wingstop and sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for another order, then delivered that fresh order first! Over 30 minutes after it was picked up I finally got cold food. Won't order again, ever.
We eat at this Wingstop regularly and I can say they are very consistent with their cooking. Being from buffalo we always get the original hot on traditional wings and request extra crispy wings, which they always cook great and have just the right amount of sauce. Keep up the great work. Bathroom is always clean as is the dining room.
32.99 for 15 traditional wings. What a joke
I was there as a DoorDash delivery driver. Their service was awful. When friends of employees walked in the work stopped while they came up to chat. Another staff member at the same time was taking a break. Very unprofessional and rude! I was told I’ll have to wait 10 minutes but ended up waiting more like 20-25 minutes.
This is bull crap on how they talk to their customers. I tried to call and I got hung up on so I called again and they finally answered, but then the person on the phone was just rude. My food was not seasoned or sauced correctly too. Like it’s not that hard because it’s your job. I’m very upset about this and I will just stick with Buffalo Wild Wings.
