Great service welcoming environment manager Isaiah was very attentive made sure service was on point
Honestly, very disappointing experience today. My order was messed up, and when I went back inside to explain the issue, they said they would remake it. Unfortunately, they made the exact same mistake a second time. When I went back in again to explain what happened, the staff seemed visibly annoyed, and one employee was shaking her head while walking away. Cold hard boneless wings either refried or sat out for super long. Also the employees looked so miserable lol
I’ve ordered from Wingstop many times and have never had any issues before, which makes this experience disappointing. The boneless wings were extremely dry and had an unusual texture, tasting and feeling as though they had been sitting out for a while, possibly refried or old. This is not the quality I’m used to receiving from Wingstop. I also called the location several times to address the issue, but the line was busy every time. This is the reason why I’m not giving a 5 ⭐ review.
Yesterday I came into this location. Not from here. Just passing through as a truck driver. Cashier was extremely friendly. I waited almost an hr for my food, come to find out they never called my name. Food sat for over 30min. So it became cold cashiers offered to remake. I said thank you pls.
