i ordered the 5 pc strip combo and i only got a 3 piece with out fries this is my order number 120037
Michelle was very kind and patient when taking my order and the service was very quick. Chris made my food within 10min so I was able to get in and out with no issues.
Tried calling for over 40 min to make a pickup order never rang once needs better management plus fries were shitty
During a Phone call With a Woman From this Establishment On February 8th, She said she would look for my order then left me on Hold for 01:10:13 TERRIBLE TERRIBLE i say they never picked back up it just hung up And my food was ready at 8:00 but Said that it would be ready at 9:45 SHE NEVER PICKED BACK UP I WAS ON HOLD FOR THAT LONG I DONT RECOMMEND CALLING THEYRE employee that day SUCKED!
I placed an order for the boneless meal deal for two and did not receive the full order only 15 wings. The wait time was very long, and the restaurant was overcrowded and overwhelming with many customers waiting. This experience was disappointing, especially after such a long wait.
