Very disappointing experience. I ordered 15 wings through Uber Eats but received only 13. We also specifically requested sauces on the wings, but they were barely applied and the wings tasted mostly plain. I contacted Uber Eats, and they simply said they would forward the feedback to the restaurant. I then tried calling the restaurant directly three times, but each time they acted as if they could not hear me, which made the experience even more frustrating. I hate this place, this is the second time they steal from me, order a 30-piece family package online and only received 23 wings, they should review the order before delivering it.
Lazy employees won’t take orders
Horrible customer service! Yes I had ordered online early. When I went in they decided to tell me online only. Ok. That was fine. I ordered a soda. The young lady closed the drawer before the correct change was given. She was belittled by a co worker right in front of a room full of customers. It made us uneasy. I wished I knew the man's name. I ordered my food swiped my card didn't go through the first time cashier mean mugging me I asked was there a problem she just laughed. Tables dirty no air conditioner in the building waited a long time for food.
