Very clean atmosphere, and the staff are nice, helpful, and great. The only reason I gave it 1 less star on service is cause they lowk be forgetting my soda sometimes. However, this is not too frequent of an issue because I am a VERY loyal customer and it's only happened to me ~4-5 times. The food is also great, most of the times the wings are hot and crispy but sometimes they don't put enough sauce on the wings and they lowk don't season their fries a lot of the time. Also EAT THE FRIES HOT! They're not good when cold.
Ordered right before they closed, & food still came out nicely prepared, seasoned & correct
I came here today at 9:50pm trying to order at the register the short lady with the long braids said that they’re only doing online orders with a nasty attitude! I tried ordering online and system wouldn’t even allow me to pay for it kept getting an error message!! Poor customer service! Poor energy! What’s the point of having a register if you can’t order from it waste of time energy and gas ! Don’t have angry people at the register!
amaIng food as usual, staff was extremely friendly and helped us out and even got us a code for free fries!
This experience was the WORST I've had in years at Wingstop. I placed an online order and noticed I made a mistake on a flavor chose. I called and kept getting a robot. When I picked up the order I made the manager and front employee know. The lady behind told them. When I made it back to work it was incorrect ,wrong order but right name on bag.
