Horrible customer service! Yes I had ordered online early. When I went in they decided to tell me online only. Ok. That was fine. I ordered a soda. The young lady closed the drawer before the correct change was given. She was belittled by a co worker right in front of a room full of customers. It made us uneasy. I wished I knew the man's name. I ordered my food swiped my card didn't go through the first time cashier mean mugging me I asked was there a problem she just laughed. Tables dirty no air conditioner in the building waited a long time for food.
I ordered online, and arrived after the window the app said it would be ready. Staff approached me twice to ask what order I was here for, and both times they told me it wasn’t ready yet. The third time, I went up to the counter myself to ask how long it would be, and this person actually checked the shelf and found that one of the bags sitting there was mine.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced called me out of my name after u asked to be shown how to cancel an online order I placed at the wrong store by accident! Tried calling back 12 times they never picked up the phone! They are thieves they stole .you money and wouldn't even let me get a refund! As a fellow business owner I truly do not understand how they are able to keep their doors open ripping people off calling customers names and laughing about it while on the phone! If i could give negative stars I would!
Waited in line as the employees looked at us. As the lady came to take our order she rolled her eyes at another employee and then again as we made eye contact she gestured to us to give our order throwing her hands out shrugging her shoulders and piercing her lips at us. This has not been a pleasant interaction. Won't be back to this location.
