Wings were cold when I got them and the chicken tenders were extremely smalls compared to every other experience eith wing stop and they were soggy like they had been reheated. Will not be ordering from here again
The food is good and I do give them credit that they are consistent. BUT it isnt anything amazing. Service is very disappointing. I have also witnessed this location not verifying who they are handing orders too. Seeing customer coming back complaining about "this isnt my order" of course the customer could check the bag themselves. My biggest issue with this location is the ATTITUDE it is palpable.
Placed an order through Doordash and received confirmation of the order and email stating order was ready. I show up at the store with 30 minutes to spare before it closed only for the door to be locked. Workers were inside though. Someone, after about 10 minutes, finally came to the door. They said they didn't have any record of my order, though my credit card certainly said otherwise. One employee told me I could come back when they opened.
