I have always had great food and service every time I come, which is at least once a month. There was a small mix up on my order last time, I called and was told to come in and they would fix it for next order. I came in today to collect my replacement order and order additional items and the woman at the front was so kind and took care of my entire order. The employees are so kind and have never missed anything. I have always had perfect customer service and have never enjoyed chicken more.
We placed a delivery order early in the day and specifically scheduled it for 4:00 PM. The DoorDash driver picked it up at 3:45, then apparently drove to another location and sat there for about 20 minutes. Our food finally showed up around 4:20 — after sitting in a delivery vehicle for more than half an hour. What really earned the one-star review, though, was the restaurant’s response. I ordered today from Wingstop - after a super long day i never expected this order to be the best one i ever received. Jennifer took her time and worked with me to make sure I received my correct order. Jennifer went completely out of her and made did everything she could to ensure i received my order which i ordered through Uber eats..
