Each and every staff are amazing specially that cute lady sneha very sweet
Worst experience ever. This night crew needs professionalism and provide a better customer service atmosphere. Better urgency. Its a resturant not a hospital or a hotel or a truck stop. Food was cold order was wrong. I've tried to give this place a chance over and over. No improvements.
Are they really wings?
The girl taking my order has no customer service knowledge. She wasn't rude but I wall showed more personality then she did and I asked for dine in and I was waiting for 20min and my good was put to go and was placed on the shelf. No one was announcing names so my food was probally there for the majority of the time cause my food wasn't hot
Over and over and over again, I keep getting raw wings. I keep complaining and telling them I want them cooked, but either they don't care or their damn timer is off. Because I always get raw wings. It's ridiculous, stop rushing out the food make sure it's cooked before you give it to customers. Time to contact the health department!
