I ordered a 50pc party pack wings on Jan 9th I specifically told the lady that took my phone order for all my wings to be well done. I repeated WELL DONE twice and what do I get?? All 50 wings cooked soft and nasty. Money wasted! This wing stop location use to be good but now it’s not worth it. It seems like all the old good cooks left unless they don’t work the night shift. DO BETTER WING STOP!!

I ordered my wings on line for the 6710 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie MD location but needed to put in a time. So I called right away to let them know I would be there later at 2pm instead of 1:30pm. When I arrived my order was ready but the cashier said the cook just got my order out and it's still hot. I left the store believing my order was at least warm. Had my food delivered. Wings were good. The fries were cold and they were not even in a closed container when delivered. They were just in an open box that they served, like, at McDonald's. So, the fries were cold and mushy? And sugar is put on the fries. That was disgusting and should be an option if wanted on the fries. I have never eaten here before, so that should have been written on the menu. Had I known that, I would not have spent almost $30 on a combo. Awful waiting 1 hour for wings. The place is packed and only two people in the back struggling. Awful management shame on you.
