The last 2 times I ordered delivery, first time I received half of my $78 order. The second time I have yet to receive the order. Call the store I got put on hold. Was on hold for 20 mins so I hung up and called back 10x no answer.

The food was hot it just was not good. It was overly salty and my fries were over cooked. Update: Placed an order for delivery, when I got my food there was not even warmth to my food, it seems as tho they make my order too early and allowed it to sit and wait for the delivery time to come. Pre-ordered 24 hrs in advance hoping to avoid any hassles, and still had to wait 1 hr for my order. Unacceptable, especially when we were told they were only running 20min behind. Had I known it was going to be a full hour, I would have cancelled and asked for a refund and gone elsewhere. Previous orders have been sub-par, so this was the last straw. I hope all Wingstops are not this bad! Will not return...ever
General Manager was rude as all get out to us and then our ranch was spilled all over the bag and then i called them and the the GM picked up and told me she wasn’t rude to me and then hung up on me. sooo disrespectful.
