Ordered boneless wings and got bone in. The bone in wings are so overcooked they’re impossible to eat. Only thing worth eating is the fries but I didn’t need to pay over $60 for fries for the staff answering the phone to tell me “no that’s your error” when the seasoning choice was also wrong on the wings. Offered no help, the wings are hard and gross. Horrible service and horrible food and it was supposed to be for a birthday dinner. Used to be a fan.
Always orders from here but this time the same lemon pepper that i always gets comes out like this..
I found this black object in my fries. It certainly doesn’t look like food. It looks like half the body of an American cockroach that has been deep-fried until it turned black. I’m not sure whether the kitchen staff noticed it before serving the food. This is a serious food safety concern, and I expect the restaurant to explain how something like this ended up in my food.
Favorite Wingstop. Gabby is the best. Great customer service.
