Our son was diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety and we were very worried about how he would do in school and in life. A friend recommended this therapy and we are so glad we found Katerina! Katerina is amazing in what she does. My 5 year old daughter suffers from anxiety and initially started with the relax kids yoga and absolutely loved it! From there she has built a safe and secure bond with Katerina and now we are doing life coaching sessions and are given lifelong tools to be able to cope and manage the situation. Katerina is so friendly and encouraging, my son loved attending the Relax Kids Yoga Classes. The combination of high intensity exercise followed by mindfulness activities and yoga helped my son release stress, excess energy and focus better. Nothing out there compares to this course.
